Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Insurance & Financing

For patients with dental insurance, it is important to understand that dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. Please review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to fully understand your benefits. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer.

An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, based on the information provided to us. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits. The patient’s portion for treatment is due on the date of service unless other arrangements have been made. We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. This does not, however, transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to the insurance company. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, you will be billed the difference or issued a credit. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies or financing options prior to your treatment.

The office participates with limited plans for the following insurance companies: Delta Dental, Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, DentaQuest, and United Concordia.

Cancelation Policy

A s a courtesy, we will contact you to remind you of the appointment which you have scheduled. We realize that your time is very valuable and do our best to minimize wait times. In return, we ask if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, you notify the office so we may offer our services to another patient in need. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
